Softcup Review

Thanks to greenmomsmeet.com I had the pleasure of reviewing Softcup and sharing samples with some lady friends of mine.
If you haven't used the other ring products before then the appearance could be a bit frightening. Don't let it worry you, there is a natural spot under your cervix that the Softcup fits perfectly into.
If it's inserted correctly then you can’t even tell you’re wearing it. And you only need one per cycle!
The Softcup is a great alternative to tampons and pads There is less waste and less mess! If you're an active mama like myself then you can go about your day without having to worry about changing it. You can go to the gym, run your kids back and forth to school, and get all your errands done with no worries.

You may be wondering.... What is Softcup:

Reusable Softcup is a durable, flexible, reusable cup that can be worn for up to 12 hours and reused throughout one menstrual cycle.
Reusable Softcup has all the benefits of disposable Softcup—with the added advantage of just one cup per period.

First-time hints:Remember the first time you used a tampon? Well, Softcup is just as simple once you understand the steps. At first it may seem awkward to insert or remove. That’s O.K.—most women experience that.
• You may want to start your trial on a lighter flow day
or at bedtime as you get to know how your body works
with Softcup.
• You may want to wear a pantyliner or a pad to protect
against leakage on your first time until you feel comfortable
placing Softcup. After a few uses you’ll understand how
your body and Softcup work together, and how often you
need to change Softcup. Remember that reusable Softcup
should be emptied and reinserted every 12 hours.
• Unlike a tampon, when inserting Softcup, you should
push BACK, not up, for proper placement.
• When removing Softcup, it helps to “bear down” using
your vaginal muscles, which will make Softcup easier to
reach with your finger. Keep Softcup level as you pull it
out to avoid spilling. It can be a bit messy your first few
times, so remove Softcup while sitting over a toilet, or
you can try removal in the shower.
• Simply empty contents of cup in the toilet or shower and
reinsert. You may want to rinse reusable Softcup before
reinserting.

I highly recommend this product for busy mamas like myself and my friends :) You can find this product at Walmart Supercenters,
Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Kroger, Fred Meyer, Price Rite, Shop Rite, Harris Teeter, Wegmans, Duane Reade, Harmon, and
